Our Mission
We aim to create more opportunities for young unemployed South Africans without any formal qualifications, to receive in-service training in different sectors in order to enable them to gain experience and become more employable.
Who We Are
We are a company based in Polokwane, Limpopo, South Africa. We specialize in finding in-service training opportunities for unemployed persons and placing you with an employer partner in your area, where you will work under supervision of the employer for a fixed period of time in order to be trained and gain invaluable practical experience in the workplace.
Studies have shown that persons who have already worked in a specific sector and gained some basic experience, generally have a 70% better chance of being employed than a person with no work experience.

Pricing
Our training opportunities are usually provided at LESS than R10,000 depending on the specific sector and duration of training.
How It Works
- Complete the application form and indicate the sector/sectors in which you are interested. We will provide confirmation if your application was successful.
- Complete and sign the training contract. (it will include details of the employer as well as start and end dates of training)
- Effect payment of the required fees.
- Training starts. After completion, receive a certificate confirming that you have successfully completed the training with the employer.
